If for any reason your GTPLAYER products are damaged, malfunctioning or have any issues, GTPLAYER will take full responsibility for your product within 1 year after the purchase date on most items.
Extend your warranty from 1 to 2 years*:
1. Take a photo of your new GTPLAYER product. Make sure you get a great shot of your set-up!
2. Post a review of the product (on the product page)and show the reason why you recommend the product.
3. Mail the Screenshot with your Order ID to eu@gtplayerchair.com. We will review your comment and tell you if the warranty can be extended.
*Note: The warranty period can only be extended if purchased on the official website.
