Custom Embroidery Rear Panel

For a softer and more classic custom look, GTPlayer also offers embroidery customization for selected chair accessories. Users can choose their own image, logo, name, or short text for the headrest or lumbar pillow. Instead of embroidering directly onto the full chair, we produce and ship the customized accessory separately, helping keep the service practical, flexible, and cost-friendly.

We are also testing a replaceable rear panel option. This design uses a 30 × 30 cm square leather panel on the back of the chair, which can be replaced through a zipper-style structure. Customers first receive a standard chair, then receive the customized rear panel separately and install it themselves.

Step 5: Production and Shipping: After payment, your custom order will enter production. From final design confirmation to shipping, the process usually takes about 35 days. During busy seasons or holidays, it may take a little longer, so we appreciate your patience.

Can I make changes after I approve the design?

We do not recommend making changes after approval, as custom production may begin soon after confirmation. However, you can still contact us, and we will check with the factory. If production has not started, we may be able to update the design, though the revised order may need to re-enter the production queue.
